Mia’s is a fun, eclectic, casual dining
experience. We are not fancy, but our food is
fantastic. Sit in our main dining room and watch
pizzas being hand-tossed and fired in our brick
pizza oven, choose to sit just off the dining
room at a table that seats up to twelve and is
reminiscent of an Italian grandmother’s kitchen
table, or enjoy our seasonal outdoor patio
(opening Mother"s Day 2008).
Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Andrew
Cheveres. Andrew draws on his many experiences
working in Sacramento and the Bay area as well as
Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties. His breadth of
experience has inspired the diverse menu at
Mia’s. We are very happy to have such a talent
running the kitchen. Our menu is a blend of old-
world Italian along with contemporary American
and southwestern flavors. We have many
traditional Italian entrees such as brick-oven
Margherita Pizza, Pasta Puttanesca, Chicken
Saltimbocca and Fresh Pasta specials daily. Some
of our more diverse entrees include
Spicy Citrus Salad and brick-oven Jambalaya
Pizza. Begin your meal with Polenta Frito served
with a fire-roasted tomato sauce, crispy onions
and crumbled feta cheese or our Italian trio
featuring hand-battered fried zucchini, pesto
encrusted mozzarella, and hand made mozzarella
sticks. Don’t forget to save room for traditional
Spumoni ice cream or decadent Chocolate spoon
cake.

entrée under $22.
